I think he fits perfectly the description of an ideologue as put forth by Bill Clinton. ideology or evidence--one driven by ideology starts with the CONCLUSION and the finds evidence to support that conclusion. when evidence is more important than ideology, it is the evidence that leads to the CONCLUSION
