I didn't have time earlier to find out more details about this image. I have discovered that this is a picture of an ice cave ceiling in Bavaria, Germany.
The interesting thing is that at every other site that carries the image, the images are the opposite of this one. The bottom of this image is at the top in all the other images. I wonder which is correct?
