I fell off the wagon about a month ago as the local pool(s) were infested with holidaymakers and their children in all the wet weather we've been having, then we went on holiday, then we had visitors when we came back. I put on weight (6lb!
). Work needs to be done. Back to the pool this afternoon, and to hell with the holidaymakers' children!
