As for finding out his identity, try running a WHOIS search on his domain. Its not guaranteed to be accurate but it will often turn up a name and phone number. A good one can be found here

Yes, I know him in real life. I have his name address and phone number. Things were just fine two weeks ago. Now it's not. I dunno.
