The pizza I always get from our local place is called a Pancho Villa:

Pesto sauce (not tomato-based)
Black beans
Red onions
Chorizo sausage
just a little mozzarella
Cilantro

I don't care if you think I'm crazy. It is the best pizza I've ever eaten.
