It's about $3.50 a pound. I'm sure the bacon is ends and pieces, (a treat in itself- they go for about $10/ 3 pounds)) stuff that doesn't make a proper looking slice. His prices are very reasonable considering how good the meat is.
The guy makes and stocks about 20 different sausages, all about $5.95/ lb.
All of them awesome except for the chicken sausages; they are always too dry no matter how I cook them. Might have to ask him if I'm doing something wrong or if they are exceptionally fat free.
