Euro govs set up colonies. Japan follows suit, Truman goes atomic. Australia reeducates the Bushmen. Commies get back Hong Kong, Canada gives free ride to rich Asian emigrees. America bombs Iraq for 11 years is suprised when get bombed. Government is stupid brute force, period.
