UT, when I first used my phone earlier a message came up (when I came to the cellar) saying this website uses tapatalk.... I canceled, not knowing what it was.

So what does it do? I probably sound really dumb but I did read a bit of the FAQs and I'm just not sure how it works, or even what it does.
