I decided to fight my sweets craving with sweets...sort of.
I went and bought a box of 'Splenda' today, and I've mixed some into some cream cheese, full cream and 1 chopped strawberry.
It's just like strawberry cheesecake.
You could make a base by crushing up nuts finely then adding butter, but I decided the strawberry was probably pushing the envelope enough.
