quick homemade dressing:

olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. smash a chili pepper in if you want a kick. taste to suit. No sugar added. I use this when I'm on Atkins. Actually, I make this even when I'm not on Atkins. By the way, I'm on Atkins for two weeks in hope to drop another inch or so by Vietnamese New Year, which is in two weeks.
