I didn't have an el-cheapo frying pan.
At least not one which made any impact on my memory.
I left my Le Creuset pans behind me though. Although that wasn't a regret. Things were too bloody heavy to be practical. And try making popcorn in one!
The casserole (Dutch Oven) was gorgeous, but I had to have help getting it out of the oven when I was cooking for company.
