Body parts, blood, yeahyeahsuresure...But, what is the deal with the weird front fender cutouts? And the large holes, there's another, similar hole at the rear?

I first thought they had something to do with the rest of the decorating job, but I don't know. I don't think a clearance-cut for big tires would have to look like that. Same with fender flares.

Just got my curiosity up is all. Any ideas?
