I've been exercising, sorta, but been too busy to input it. So, here is the summary of it.
WEEK 13 DAY 3, 4, 5
I did not exercise, and I'm sure I had a very good reason why I did not but now I cannot remember my extremely good excuse.

.....hihihihi. On Day 5, or Friday, I had errands to run, fix my sunglasses, shopping, and had my hair cut, I simply didn't have time.
WEEK 13 DAY 6, 7
On day 6, Saturday, I jogged for 30 minutes and did yoga. On day 7, Sunday, I did the legs and back routine.
