The other part of the rumor was (I think I saw it on MSNBC or Fox) that if Giuliani isn't picked as VP, he'll get a nice post in the Bush administration if they win in November.
Attorney General, perhaps? He'd be a hell of a lot better than that embarrassment from my native Missouri.
If Bush does win, I don't see Hillary running for another term in '06. That would give her 2 years to plan a presidential campaign.
