The voice of all those characters comes from one man - Mel Blanc. He can be seen in a Jack Benny rerun. Jack is buying Christmas presents. But after buying that wallet multiple times, the clerk (Mel Blanc) goes berserk - in a Looney Tunes fashion. Clerk eventually he kills himself.
TV was not worried about being politically correct when Bugs and company dominated the airwaves.
