This isn't really about politics, but more about the people who represent politics in the US.

It's seems to be that to get into politics in the US you have to be good looking or at least not ugly.

My reasoning for this is that most politicians in Australia (and maybe the UK too) seem to be sadly lacking in the looks and style department. It seems odd really considering how many good looking people there are in Australia that all the ugly ones would go into politics.

Maybe all the good looking people are too busy at the beach!
