So I was recently forced to move from Xpress Loan Servicing to AES for my student loan repayment. The new company has been horrible - not canceling payments when requested, online saying different than paper bills and (my favorite) taking 3-5 days to respond to a request for information.

I was wondering if any of you knew of a way to move my loan from there to another provider or ANYTHING other than AES. I was thinking of calling my credit union, but they don't have anything on their website about student loans, so I think that might be a bust unless I refinance my car AGAIN. I really don't want to do that because I am really looking forward to actually owning the car.

Any ideas would be welcome - thanks!
