There are two kinds of string cheese.
The individually plastic wrapped mozzarella stix (yes, spelled that way) that are commonly
called string cheese is not really string cheese.
Proper Armenian string cheese comes in a shape that looks like a hank of yarn, has some seed-looking things sticking to it, and has a complex flavor profile.
