OK, do this:

Tell Melissa in full view of every family member that you've asked her nicely before, so now you're telling her: if she buys any more Barbie related ANYTHING for freddie, you will beat her ass into next week.

And then follow through.

This will accomplish several things:

(1) Remind everyone that you do not want Barbie in your home.
(2) Remind everyone that they are already aware of this and that bitchface is just doing it to be a bitch,
(3) Give her no cause for surprise when you knock her ass flat when she brings the Barbie car, townhome or whatever else.
(4) Give her no room for bitching because you warned her stupid ass first.
(5) Provide evidence that you mean what you say.
(6) Bet the bitch won't buy Barbie shit again for freddie

(7) Provide hours of satisfaction afterwards watching her face swell up. Take lots of pictures.
