I just saw
this vid (following a 30 second ad) on Yahoo! News Video. Something is just not right with the ending of this vid. A vehicle in front of woman, who happens to have a dashboard video camera in her minivan, hits a 2x4 lying on the shoulder of the road, and sends it flying through her windshield.
Here's the part I find 'just not quite right':
She doesn't make a sound. Not "Ugh!", not "OHSHIT!", nothing. Being honest now, would you not have made some noticeable sound? I woulda screamed like a little girl. And, she makes a complete stop in, like, three seconds. Granted, I don't know how fast they were going, but, you'd have to be moving at a fair clip to flip a six-eight foot 2x4 high enough to go through a windshield. But, I would think it would take longer than that to stop, even at less-than-highway speeds.
Real, or not?
