So we head into the first game. The oppo are twice the size of us. But they're crap. Crapper than us, even. We're actually winning! And then their players start going down and staying down (Squirts don't check but it's OK to "get in the way") Refs made no calls, we couldn't see why the players were down (srsly, our players don't have the wherewithall to body-check)

...and then the parents started getting in our face. Turns out it was a girls team and they expected girls team rules. No contact whatsofuckinever. HELLO? AND.... our players are so crap, none of the contact they were complaining about was intentional.

They got really shitty including "This is nnot how we play hockey in Canada, if this is how you play hockey in the US we don't want to know" Did you bring much baggage to the tourney, honey?
