Explains a lot, I noticed the Palmolive detergent we had said "eco friendly, no phopshate" I knew this was a bad sign.

The interior of the door is caked with a white crust, the top spinner was compeletly clogged too, I expect that there is build up inside somehwere harder to reach .

In the article one woamn has bought Phosphate fromt he store and is adding it back in, might be wortha try.
