at least they are giving people with backgrounds a second chance. here it's damn near impossible to find a job with a record. even if, as in my case, innocently proven guilty.

yeah. here in texas before i was released from prison they took dna from me. i'm all for it. i don't break the law i'm a good citizen and hell, the way i feel about it is this....if you are so worried about your dna on record? then what the heck are you hiding or doing to make you worried about it? yeah true we are becoming more of a socialistic state but someone somewhere jacked it up for the rest of us. so it's necessary imo.
