Well, if we're being honest here, I wasn't directing my post to you in the slightest. It was Lamplighter that spurred me to post. Lamplighter in another thread mentioned that he doesn't like tipping wait staff. And in this thread he posted about how he "refuses" to use their terms and how he gets them to "set eyes a-twirling" by his responses to them. I like Lamplighter, but I get the feeling he's not an easy customer to deal with.
