Strictly speaking, I'm pretty sure their religion says they can't even
touch a pig, which is where the question of touching a fake pig might come into play. It's still a stupid question, mind you, and a stupid PR ploy for them to claim they are trying not to offend Jews
or Muslims, since not once in the history of the UK has any member of the Jewish population complained about a toy pig. Which just goes to show that, like most of these types of problems, it's not a religious issue at all, but a cultural one.
