Just got a letter from the IRS for my parents who died in 2008. It reads:

Mr. F. Basil Summers, Deceased & Eleanor Deceased Summers
(my mailing address)

Dear EFTPS Taxpayer:

For your review, on the reverse side of this letter is the Regulation E information, concerning your rights as a taxpayer. Please read this carefully.
