Pooka, same thing happened to me. I switched us from Verizon to AT&T and my husband HATED his phone. First the vibration mode isn't strong enough, then the ringer isn't loud enough and then of course nothing was where it was supposed to be. So I had us walk into the Verizon store to find a phone he would like and
luckily we did and with a huge break and a better deal than AT&T.
