No Jinx, but I did figure it out by going on line. Not that it is useful to me - I suck at monitoring my heart rate while I exercise. I mostly just judge the intensity by my breathing. I have recently increased the speed of my jog/runs from 4 and 4.5 to 5 and 5.5 and sometimes 6, because I noticed my endurance improved. I'm pretty jealous of your 7lb weight loss! I'm figuring that being middle aged (48) and post menopausal is working against me.
