Jinx, I've been doing that for about a month now. The first 15 minutes I do a brisk walk while doing various arm exercises with weights. Then I alternate brisk walks and speed walks with jogs and sprints for a half hour (in one minute intervals each). Then I cool down by starting with a very fast speed walk and gradually moving to a slow walk for 15 minutes. I have lost one pound in all that time. Now I'm sure I've gained some muscle mass that accounts for that since I was pretty much a total sloth for the last 6 months, and my shape has changed a bit, but so far I haven't seen much reduction in my fat deposits (butt and thighs), which is all I'm trying to do at this point - I only weigh 110 lbs. I haven't changed my diet a lot because I have always eaten healthily and moderately. So, I'm kinda disappointed with the results. I will keep on keeping on, even though.
