Jamacian Jerk on Skinps is great! You can make your own if you have the time and put on a paste or buy a paste at the store.
A few other ideas are to soak the shrimp in a combo of lime juice and Habanero Peppers for about 30 min before you put them on the grill.
Grill them with wooden skewers, you can get them anywhere, just be sure you soak them in water for about an hour before you put them on.
season with salt and pepper and cook for no more than 2 or 3 min on the direct heat.
