If you don't watch How I Met Your Mother, you might not find the humor in the fact that it was once revealed that Robin was an 80s Canadian teenage mall pop-star (a la Tiffany or Debbie Gibson.) It was the 90s, but as Robin said "the 80s didn't hit Canada until the 90s." This video cracks me up!
