Yea but 5 pounds sort of limits it to 5 pounds, unless of course it is a bag which actually weighs 5 pounds with nothing in it yet, or it could be a bag designed to hold 5 pounds which someone overloaded with some amount greater than 5 pounds....
Maybe I am reading into it.
