I passed this on to my friend with breast cancer who also can't eat gluten (without all sorts of dire consequenses, anyway). She had a box in but hadn't dared to try it yet, so she baked them this morning and they were indeed very good. Thanks from both of us. Some of the other gluten-free baking she's fed me has been ......interesting
