I gave blood yesterday. I almost included that one in my true/false game question. I do it every time they come by our office. It's like 3 times a year. Anyone who can, should.

Also, there was a mammovan that came around here to my office this week I think. And if I read the e-mail correctly, it sounded like it was free. If so, I think that's outstanding.

Yup it is free.
