This is a platter I've put together for entree tonight.
This is a prawn salad with kiwi fruit, roasted grape tomatoes and watercress, to be served with a lime wasabi dressing.
I've also made a spinach pie and will serve boiled baby potatoes in their jackets with sour cream and chives, and we'll be BBQing the amberjack (15kg/35lb) Dazza caught last weekend.
To finish, we'll be having chocolate mud cake (cause that's what the kids wanted).
