Alluvial, what are those things to the left of the peach pie?
The cream sauce was exactly what it says. Just about a half a cup of cream and some chicken stock added to the leeks, mushrooms and garlic after they'd been sweated down a bit. Pour the whole lot over the chicken, potato and carrots and then pop the lid on and cook for about 3 hours in a medium oven.
It was yummo.
