I dunno, it's certainly extreme, but I think it's possible. I say this because in college I was addicted to ICQ for awhile (instant messaging, nobody used texting in those days.) I would have conversations with 6-8 people at one time, to cover the lag between responses. I'd be typing pretty much constantly from about 8 PM until 2 AM, sometimes later. Plus, if her phone plan is anything like mine, they count both
sent and
received text messages. And remember how short and inane each single message can be:
What's up?
Nothing. You?
At work. It sucks.
Yeah. Me too.
It's not about logging 400+ messages an hour, it's about having a dedicated block of time each evening to really text at full speed.
