Today was the Tman's first soccer game.
Over here, under 6's only play 4 aside. I'm soooo proud of our little Knights ...Im co-captain (not quite sure how that happened), but they were seriously awesome!!
They were defeated 8 to 6, but they listened, had fun, didnt push anyone over and were just great little sports. I'm also co coach, ha, which really just means encouraging them and making sure they are running in the right direction.
The other team got snotty because Tman had a natural inkling for defense and would bolt down the the goal when the other team got the ball....it was great, they would of flogged us by another 4 goals....youre allowed to defend the goal, but not have an official goalie or use your hands. Stupid Mums...Theyre 6 for fucks sake, and you won anyway...get over it.
Also, props to the young ref (ump?) he was only about 15 and really good with the kids and the parents.

Last nite I got to dress up in my fancies coz we went to a Debutante Ball....the girl I went to watch looked amazing and it took me back to my Deb days....even the same dude with the same bad *rug* did the training. Saw heaps of people I havent seen for 10+ years and pretended I didnt recognise some others
