I think tsibley helpfully provided a link to the flickr image, which is awesome, and then later, another guy saw the picture, followed tsibley's link back to flickr, and convinced the photographer at flickr that we are evil and were stealing his stuff. I'm not going to name that dude, but it's all in the comments over there.
It's all really a non-event, and we should move on, but I wanted to be clear that I think tsibley is a good guy.
