We've always done things the same way. Sure, he changes diapers when he's here and whatnot, but really, I need him to stay employed more than I need my fair share of sleep, you know? If I were working too, then it would be different for sure, but here at home no one cares if I look like crap or can only manage to communicate in single syllables. But I'm in no way against giving dirty looks should he ever complain about being tired.
