You realize Mr. Harrelson is just being a smartass, right? He knows that he was morally right, but legally wrong--you can't hit a paparazzi photographer no matter how much of a douchebag he's being. He knows he's going to get slapped with a fine or something, but in the meantime he's fixing a bad PR scenario by using humor to pimp his new movie instead.
