What a silly, ignorant statement.

General Aviation aircraft are maintaned to very high satefty standards, and furthermore are piloted by people with a strong personal vested interest in *not* crashing into things.

Many non-airline pilots, both GA and military, have died while making sure their aircraft did not hurt people on the ground.

Show me a UAV that can do that.

couldn't have said it better myself! a friend of mine's brother (actually NBN for those of you who know him) crashed and burned in a city when he had a dual engine failure. he managed to put the aircraft down in a densly populated area and not hit any houses, only an allyway, and did no damage to either building. only pilots (and those who understand them and the concept, not to put anyone down mind you

) can acknowlege the hardship that goes into one's training. one more thing, a pilots license is a license to learn.....
