I guess if I had a super power it would be the ability that Adam or Claire have on Heroes. The ability to completely heal and regenerate from any harm that comes to me. Lose an arm, abracadabra it grows back.
The side-effect to this regeneration was immortality and perpetual youth.
This would give me the kind of time I would want to read every book, learn every language, hear every song, try every job, learn how to play any instrument, go to every place, experience every culture, try every food, etc.
