The image, I believe, has been confirmed real. There are definitely naked pictures of him, and I think that's one of them.
What you're seeing as his "balls" is most likely a shadow; it's not defined enough to tell for sure, and my Power Mac is in the shop (actually, I haven't even taken it there yet, but the effect is the same - it's not working for me), so I don't have an image program to try and get more detail out of it. But I'm pretty certain that what you see is not what you think it is.
As far as penis size, that's probably larger than average in the flaccid state. The funny thing with the penis, however, is that basically the flaccid size doesn't matter; it can change completely when it's erect. So he might be a good nine inches when he's excited or he might be five. We just can't tell from this.
What you'd do without us, I assume, is what you did before us. Funny how that works.
