I was stirring up shit, I doubt Bush has his fingers in this.
These guys are looking for jobs. I'm sure they're networking, calling in favors, and conjuring up as much influence as they can. I can't blame them, but I'm not happy with a system that slot's people in jobs they're not qualified for, or over people more qualified. I can't tell, from the article, if it's all political whining, or there is merit to the objections.
But, I'll bet Cheney is behind it.
