I've decided that I am going to make a list of things that I want to do (food wise) in 1 year. December to December. I was going to write a blog

but then decided just to do it on pencil and paper.
I have simple things like roast a chicken, make a cake from scratch, go veggie 4 days a months, cook 1 recipe out of each modern cookbook I have, that kind of thing.
I was wondering what would be on your list.
