The other has a torn ACL. Anyway, The 22th AM I had a small pain in my knee, which I thought was rain on way. That afternoon I had a flu shoot. Next AM I was up at 3 with pain. 23rd I changed my house around for cool weather. Many trips up & down stairs. Some sleep that night. Next night was pure hell. About midnight I got in recliner w/heating pad and dozed a little, went to bed at 5 Am and Shine called at 8:30.
Some horse liniment from feed store and ace bandage, now all be well.
Am wondering if was flu shoot or a piece of calcium popped off in joint?
