Well I think this thread should not give these people any ideas on how to design it. Seeing how it isn't complete....
1. Impervious to salt water.
2. Impervious to magnets.
3. Impervious to paint on lenses. (wipers)
4. Obtain the vote.
They should start paying up. All checks can be made to "cellar think tank unillimited".
