Yes, Brie is a French cheese, comes in a big flat wheel, so that slices are little pie shapes. It's soft in the middle (the riper, the softer) although the rind and the top and bottom (I'm sure there are official words for it) are harder.

We have at at Christmas - Mum likes it. Dad and I tuck into the Stilton, we like cheese that can walk off the plate, rather than oozing off it.

I can probably think of more grim things to coat an oozy French cheese in than a sugary breakfast cereal. Not many though.
