Here's how I ran across that site. Google, in honor of its birthday, has put up an old database from 2001. So you can see what you would have gotten had you entered something in 2001. Try it
here.
I entered in "mccain" and one of the links on the first page was the skeleton closet.
So the skeleton closet has been around a while.
